Grey Circles next to Itunes Ringtones.

Hello,

I have Issue importing Ringtones into Itunes library. I am currently using Itunes 12.12.5.8 version and Iphone 13 IOS16.

When I update IOS this morning, all my previous ringtones was out and no more displayed in phone.

I tried to add MP3 (and even WAV) files to Itunes Music library- then convert (Create ACC version).

In File Manager there were m4a files, which I renamed onto m4r extension and delete m4a.

When import into On my device- Tones - all the m4r files, grey cirles became next to the ringtone.

I tried with iFunBox to delete first all m4r files, without deleting the .plist file. And did the process again, with no success. Then delete the new files with the .plist file and did the process again, with no success.. Grey dots are still there.

In Ringtone folder (Itunes_Control - Ringtone ) I have other folder called Sync. There I have other .plist called Sync....... Do I have to delete it too or no ? Any Idea, how could I deal with this. Sometimes I feel very sorry that I really love Apple, but with this Itunes bullS**t and the idea for doing everything with Itunes is awful and almost all users hate it. I would like to have my own ringtones, instead of boring Apple's once.

Windows, Windows 6
