Can someone please help, my iPhone 13 pro max, does not have the option of Wi-Fi-calling in settings.

Wifi Calling is a specific cellular carrier service. Contact them and check if your traffic plan includes that feature.

Please try these steps. Open Settings > Cellular. Wi-Fi Calling should be one of the options there. Let us know if you see it there.
