This may seem like a dumb question but I was just playing around with Apple Maps, and I noticed these yellow things on the maps (almost like yellow splatters) in the nighttime mode. Just curious, thought it looked cool lol.

Bright Light in Maps:
There are no dumb questions on these forums. It is showing the velocity of the electricity being used in the land depicted. Blame Thomas Edison, I guess. The higher the population-density, the more color-condensity.
