When I am playing audio and change the volume, the volume indicator, which pops up, has a glitch where is jumps around. The volume changes fine, but the indicator sometimes doesn't move or moves too far. There are also times when the bars which indicate volume level do not show up fully, only displaying half a bar. While not a big issue, it is annoying so I would like to fix it.
I have the latest OS and restart my computer frequently.

Could you create a new user account just for testing?:
Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac - Apple Support
This May help to rule out if the issue is a setting, installed software, or even an accessory causing the problem.
Likewise, testing with no external devices connected, and also with Bluetooth off are good tests for this issue. Cheers.

Visual Glitch When Changing Volume
