How to delete an iPhone and another laptop from my account?

I have a broken iPhone and old laptop doesn't work, can't open both devices, I need to bring both devices to factory setting from my new iphone or my new laptop and reactivate them to throw away, what are the steps to follow please? Thank you

For the iPhone (under 'Use a computer to wipe all content and settings from iPhone') - Erase iPhone - Apple Support


As for the old computer, if it doesn't boot, your best bet is to simply remove and destroy the hard drive.


To remove the devices from your account, as stated in the title - Remove a device from Find My iPhone on iCloud.com - Apple Support
