Apple TV app often freezes while streaming

My Apple TV App (running on Firestick) often freezes while

streaming.

I have all tried all suggested things such resetting app, uninstall/Install, but does not help.
WiFi speed is also not an issue as it is 100MBPS and I have tried multiple networks.
Firestick Platform is does not seem to be an issue as the apple tv app on iPad/iPhone have same issue
Other streaming apps such Netflix or Prime video work just fine.
This is VERY VERY annoying and apple support groups are FULL of this same complaint but no solution
Version information is given below.

Hi salekar,

To help fix streaming issues with the Apple TV app, you can complete the steps here:

1. If multiple people on your network are using the internet, your connection speed might slow down. Ask them to temporarily pause their internet activities.

2. If you're using a smart TV or streaming device, turn it off and back on again. If you're using an Apple device, restart it.

3. Tap or click the download button to try downloading the movie or TV show instead.*
