Hi i bought 2. ipad of a pawn shop a while back and both came with the activation lock and was wondering if there's something i can do to fix. that issue

i bought two ipads from A third party two a while back and both have an activation lock on them ,and wanted to see if i could fix that issue

You need the Apple ID and password that was used when the device was first set up. If you don’t know that, you can’t remove the Activation Lock.


The previous owner needs to go to https://www.icloud.com/find/ and erase the device, then remove it from their account. If they won't do that, the device is useless. Apple won't unlock it.
