I try to update apps on App Store he ask me for the old Apple ID that I locked and replace it with other one already and when I wrote the password for my recent Apple ID he tell me that my Apple ID locked! And informed that not happening when I download any apps it happened only when I update apps
The old Apple ID is stored inside those applications. You need to either unlock it or delete and redownload them.

You have to remember the password and sign in with your Apple ID to cancel Account Recovery.
