Apple ID

I can’t download apps or update the apps on my Apple ID. Anytime I try to, it keeps saying “There’s a payment problem with a family members previous purchase” or it just redirects me to my own payment info. Anytime I had a card, it declines it. I’ve added over 5 different cards. Yet it’s still the same. How I can I go about it?

Possible fixes.   Fix ‘Your Payment Method Was Declined’ Error In App Store.  -
