My MacBook draws power when shut down. It is connected to a USB-C hub. Is this normal?

Mac Charge:

Are you dining this adapter? (it is nothing of a hub): USB-C to USB Adapter - Apple


If your battery is draining then it an issue with a draining battery --not on the adapter. So, read the following...
