How bad for the MacBook Pro Plugin all the time on the power supply

Hello there!

Is it worse for my Macbook Pro 2016 to be plugin all the time when I use it except in a place with no external power supply?

Keeping the charging adapter attached is not harmful to the battery. The battery circuitry controls the process and prevents damage.
