Force restart the new phone. Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (UK)
Then check the status of the data and settings on the new phone. Check if your mail accounts have been added, photos etc.
If it has a chunk missing (not the apps which are downloaded separately) then you would have to erase all content and settings and start again from Hello screen.
