hi, unfortunately my MacBook after minutes will be hot, please help me.

sometime when I working on illustrator, system is very slowly,

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 12.3

MacBook Air M2 gets very hot I bought my MacBook brand new a couple of weeks ago, however I'm a bit worried. It gets very hot sometimes when I'm not doing anything demanding. After update to venture 13.5 on my MacBook Pro 2017, my macbook gets hot fast it's not right? YouTube stole my cpu upto 90% and my MacBook is so hot. this is normal? or problem this issue appear after I update to venture 13.5. I hope can downgrade my version to 13.4 and there is no problem on that version

I check all items, but still warm in normal use.
