how can i turn on my iphone if it cannot update

my iphone xs didn't charge and didnt turn on there is stuck on apple logo and i put it in apple's laboratory Idigetal and they told me that i cannot turn on my iphone and i have to buy another one !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how can i restore and backup all my data ???????????
