Hello about sign out is not available due to restrictions pls

1. HELLO I CANNOT SIGN OUT OF MY APPLE ID

THEY TOLD ME ITS NOT AVAILABLE DUE TO RESTRICTION AND I DONT KNOW WHY

2 . I FORGOT MY SCREEN TIME PASSWORD

Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?

Screen Time passcode reset. *

If necessary, you will need to restore the device to factory settings. Do not restore from a backup made when the Screen Time code was active.
