Hello guys , I forgot my screen time passcode and I’ve tried resetting it but it’s not working , I’ve tried changing it also it’s still not working , now I’m trying to sign out of my Apple ID it’s saying that I can’t sign out because my account is under restrictions and there’s no way for me to sign out , please what should I do and can I delete the Apple ID and create a new one , thank you

You don't want to delete the Apple ID while you are signed in because then you won't be able to sign out.
If using IOS 13.4 or above.
If necessary, you will need to restore the device to factory settings. Do not restore from a backup made when the Screen Time code was active.
