Why is my device carrier lock and how can I get it unlocked
I bought a locked device what can I do. It has no sim related to the phone it’s a carrier lock

Only the carrier that has the lock on the iPhone can remove the lock. As far as why it is locked, you answered your own question when you said you purchased a locked phone.
