untitled folder created in Users folder while computer was off and I was on holidays

I had this already few times randomly appears in my Users folder on Macintosh HD. Empty, untitled folder which I deleted thinking perhaps by mistake created by me. But the last appearance was early morning at 01:55 while I was few thousands km away on my hollydays and was sleeping at that moment?!

My computer is Studio Ultra and was off at that time. OS was 12.4.

Any idea how this can happen?

thanks!
