I am trying to cancel my Apple news subscription via my Macbook Pro (I do not have any other Apple devices). I click the link and it says I need iTunes. I try to download iTunes, and it says I need to upgrade my macOS to Monterey. My macOS is already upgraded. Please help, I am beyond frustrated.
You cannot install the iTunes app on a Mac that is running Monterey. It was discontinued and replaced. See: What happened to iTunes? - Apple Support

Note that those instructions use the App Store app, not iTunes.
