Scan Tab doesn't show for HP 8600 All in One when opening Printer & Scanners In Mac Studio

I have a Mac Studio running OS 12.5.1, when I open Printers & Scanners in System Preferences the scan tab doesn't show in the dialogue box, printer works. I also have a 2019 MacBook Pro also running OS 12.5.1, when I open Printers and Scanners in Stem Preferences both the Print and Scan tabs open and both work. Called Apple they said call HP. I think it's an M1 chip problem since the Intel based MacBook Pro is working fine. I hope Ventura fixes this. Anyone else have this problem???
