How to block phone numbers in an entire country?

Hello, I've been called by lots of Italian phone numbers for two weeks without me asking for anything. I don't know who these people are and I can't just block a single phone number because they are different numbers each time. Is there an option that allows me to block all the Italian phone numbers so that they stop bothering me??
