Blocking area code calls on iPhone

I moved to Florida two years ago and I receive at least twenty spam calls a day from my NJ phone area code. Can I block this area code?

That would be a question for your carrier......not Apple.

Blocking Multiple Phone Numbers on Iphone Like many I have been receiving spam/scam calls from a range of numbers, usually with the number format +61 3 1234 ####, with the #### changing every call. I came across a third party app that solves the problem and lets you block multiple numbers using # as a wild card number. The app can block countries and you can set 4, 5 or 6 wildcards. The app is called Number Shield on the App Store and cost me A$4. I currently have 9 sets of "1234 ###" blocked which is 90,000 numbers and only now have to occasionally add a new set of 10,000. numbers. BTW-I have no financial interest whatsoever in the app.
