My Apple account was disabled…. Why? What do I do?

My Apple account was disabled, due to suspicious activity on my credit card (that I’ve since replaced). I’ve tried to enter new card info, but still getting the same message.

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
