how can I get itunes on my laptop to recognize my iphone. Had my screen replaced and the iphone was disabled, was told to hook it up to itunes to unlock, no luck
Contact whoever repaired the screen (whether Apple, Apple authorized repair provider, third-party provider), as it would appear the repair was less than successful. Get the display issue sorted.
