My 2019 Home Pod

New location to old Home Pod…Siri talks but doesn’t play music. Unresponsive to set up, no code on original box, unable to add to new location on iPad or phone…what to do! Apple doesn’t recognize it in My Devices.

See the Press the top of HomePod to reset it section of Reset HomePod - Apple Support and follow the steps carefully as given.
