Home is not recognizing my HomePod

My Home app is not recognizing my HomePod. I can play the HomePod via my iPhone but the Home program is not recognizing the HomePod. I have 3 different generation HomePods and there is no serial number etc this older unit.

I'm pretty sure there is only HomePod (OG) or HomePod mini. First try rebooting/power cycling your router and you HomePod at the same time and see if it comes up again in the Home app. If that hasn't worked you might see the Press the top of HomePod to reset it section of Reset HomePod - Apple Support and follow the steps carefully as given.

Check whether the Homepod is listed as a Home Hub. In the Home app on your iPhone tap the ... icon at top right (annoyingly I just found out this has changed with iOS 16.0.2) and select Home Settings then Home Hubs and Bridges. If the Homepod is listed then it is connected with wifi, which is good. Restarting the Homepod, as described by turingtest2 might fix it.
