Is there recourse for a swollen battery for my Watch that’s working perfectly, except that the screen is lifted as a result of the swollen battery and Apple is saying that the Watch is out of warranty? They said to me “Buy another Watch “

Anyone dealt with Apple on this issue. How do I get Apple to live up to its obligation? I feel that there are many injured consumers in this area. Apple is not being fare in that Apple is putting defective product out , for instance a defective battery in Apple Watches in the hands of consumers and not living up to is obligations to replace or repair them.
