Referring to the major security flaw that Apple addressed on August 17, 2022, is there any chance of the necessary fix being made available to an iPhone 6 (NOT iPhone 6S) running the latest iOS available to it, 12.5.5 ?
The security vulnerability does not affect iOS 12.5.5.
An iPhone 6/6plus can't be updated beyond 12.5.5, it doesn't have the hardware needed to run anything higher.
If you need a higher iOS version, you will have to purchase a newer phone.

Any chance of this Update being made available to 12.5.5 the latest iOS available to the plain iPhone 6?
