Reactivate apple pay

Have received a message from Apple advising my card wallet has been suspended. A link has been provided to reactivate. I have filled in details from my credit card but when it comes to sort code & account number it will not accept this & allow me to move on. As I can’t proceed any further with reactivation can anyone advise what to do. Thanks
