iMovie problem with Monterey .... still not working

Just loaded Monterey 12.5 and having the same iMovie problem reported by others in 2021..... Is there a way to return to earlier OS that will work with iMovie. I have 150 projects that I cannot access now .....

Not happy.

IMovie needs macOS 13.4? Big Sur is 11.7 Help? I love my late 2013 MacBook Pro-11.7 is as far as I go. Now, I'm out Mac's apps? I can't open any iMovie projects-or even iMovie, obviously. Before I decided that Catalina needed an upgrade, I investigated my issues with Logic Pro. I did NOT investigate IMovie. Why should I? And Garage Band? It's gone, too? What have I done. So, I've got my IMovie projects in my computer, all in 'white' and I can't even open them. I need to use them and open them, so fun. I need super brains to help with this. Reading 'Rich', the main responder on this topic; I can not move iMovie to the Trash, when I attempt to 'open' it as per 2015, it won't allow me to, per the screen shot. I can click that blue button a hundred times and go nowhere.

No longer able to export iMovie... Just upgraded my MacMini to iOS Sonoma and now when I try to export a project in iMovie (Share -> file) I can't even get a pop up window. What is going wrong? Have 45 GB storage, no funky characters in title of project, and can't even get a window when I try to export a file that I've already been successful at before.
