When I open an app, I see html layouts instead of formatted pages

All of a sudden when I open app, I see html layouts instead of formatted pages. Amazon support won’t let me send them screen cap.

anyone have any suggestions?

However, within a few seconds, it snaps down to about 2/3rd’s of the screen making it difficult to read and to tap. However, when I went there, I did not have an additional setting for Amazon, as this member had shown. Amazon website shrinks when I use Safari on iPad 6th gen Im having problem with Amazon.co.uk When I open the Homepage it's fine. I search and click on an item to view. Initially it opens the page normal size then within a couple of seconds shrinks the page to occupy the left hand 2/3 of screen. I've tried toggling between Desktop and mobile and it does the same. I've checked Settings>Safari>zoom to ensure that is set at 100%. Other websites are fine, it's only Amazon that is behaving badly.

Amazon seller central site stop working editing a item in my inventory. iPad 6th Generation running 15.4.1. I use my Apple IPad with Amazon seller central. In my inventory of items when I hit the edit button to edit a item the page comes up blank. It comes up blank using Safari Chrome and Firefox and also Amazon App with the IPad. It does work on my computer running windows. I’ve tried this on 2 different iPads. Any suggestions what could be wrong?

Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone...
