Never received a trade in kit

I traded a Mac air and received my computer on July29th but never received a trade in kit. Ive called support sever times and they claim they reordered it. but still nothing after 3 weeks How can I talk to someone higher up.

We are not Apple and we as user just like you cannot do as you request.

You need to call Apple back and ask for a supervisor.
