Magsafe 3 not working properly anymore. (2weeks brand new Macbook 14)

Hello i've recently bought a Macbook Pro 14 (less than 2weeks).

Since day 1 i've used the 96w charger with the Magsafe 3 cable. Knowing that i've never used the cable else where or moved it out from my desk, to my surprise today i've discovered that the cable is not charging anymore. (By the way my laptop is used in the same place i rarely detatch and used it else where).

So after try to unplug the replug the cable sometimes i manage to get it charging.

I've checked if there is any kind of damage or dust on the connector from both sides laptop and cable and there is nothing....

Can anyone help me please? Is it a cable problem or a problem from my laptop??

Regards,

You can disable BHM as a test—>System Preferences>Battery>Optimize Battery charging. This software manages battery charging for extending the working life off the battery.

On a brand new Mac you have 90-day complimentary call in support— I would take advantage of that if in doubt

Call Customer Support (800) MY–APPLE (800–692–7753)

or on line Apple Support

or call AppleCare Support at 1-800-APLCARE (800-275-2273)

Thank you for your answer.

Unfortunately it did not resolve the issue... When i try to connect the magsafe it does not always work from the first try, i should unplug and replug....

About the phone support. In fact although (my cousin bought this mac for me abroad "from Germany" since last december) i have only unpacked and activated this macbook some weeks ago (I did not know that apple support from purchase date rather than activation date.

It is my first Apple device that i bought, knowing that i'm actually in Tunisia right now. Is the warranty applies here too ?
