I no longer can use the payment method I was using,, and I don’t have another available payment method that I can use, also , when I try to change to the 5g free downgrade, it won’t accept it, it stays at the 50g I have been using.
Why can’t I completely remove my payment method. I want the iCloud backup which is suppose to be free. When I try to delete my payment method, I get a reply that I have an active subscription.
