Dear

I try to import photos from iPhone to windows PC many times and always failed. The system says: "something went wrong". I woud ask for advise how can i do this.

Can’t import photos from iPhone 11 to windows 10 I am trying to import my photos onto my PC. My phone, iTunes, and Photos app are updated. When I attempt to import from file explorer I get error message “no photos or videos detected.” When I attempt with Windows Photos app following microsoft’s instructions AND “fixes” posted in apple support forums it still doesn’t work. I have 9,000 photos and Windows Photos is only importing 6. I have tried every fix posted in threads, changing to “most compatible.” One fix said to open “Apple iPhone” from devices and import from there but when I open it I get “this folder is empty.” I have upgraded my phone by trade-in, I HAVE to import these photos before I factory reset it and send it back. I’m going to lose years of photos because of this bug. If I didn’t literally just upgrade I would be in verizon picking out a samsung. This is INCREDIBLY frustrating.

importing photos from iPhone After installing iOS 16 onto my iPhone 8+, I cannot upload any photos onto my Mac iOS 10.14.6 because I keep getting the message, “Cannot import items because they may be an unrecognizable file format or the file may not contain valid data.” I was always able to import every photo BEFORE installing ios 16. How can I begin uploading all those photos into my Mac “Photos” app?
