I am trying to connect my external monitor - Eizo CS2420 - to my iMac 2020, Monterey 12.5
The cable is Display port to Thunderbolt 2, I bought a USB-c to Thunderbolt 2 adapter to connect it, but the iMac doesn't recognize the monitor. "No signal" appears on the monitor.
Any ideas?

I’ve checked the specifications online and I see the display also has an HDMI port so I suggest getting a simple usb-c (male) HDM (female) adapter. Plug this into your iMac usb-c port and connect the adapter to your display with an HDMI cable. Something like this.
