Retouch not exporting on Photos for Mac.

In Photos, retouch is not exporting correctly.

After editing photos, selecting File>Export>Export (any mount) Photo(s) will export the photo(s) with all the adjustments made, except retouch.

A workaround is dragging and dropping to a folder or desktop, then the retouch is preserved. However, often brightness is changed!

So if you edit 100 photos and retouch 10, those 10 will not keep the retouch if exported via the file menu. But if you drag and drop them, then those 10 will have different brightness than the other 90.

This is not a big an issue if you are working with a handful of images, but when you are working on a project with hundreds, it's a real annoying problem. This has been going on for a long time, when is Apple fixing this bug?
