How to update iOS 13 or 14 in iPhone 6 ?

I’m using iOS 12 but Facebook and other app not installed in my device that requires iOS 13.5 or later....

An iPhone 6 isn't capable of 13 or above. Try downloading the applications to a newer model on the same Apple ID first.
