How to update iOS 13.4 on my iPhone 6 Plus

The latest compatible iOS version for the iPhone 6 Plus is 12.5.7.

A current Facebook app would require iOS 13.4 or later. The current YouTube app requires iOS 14.0 or later. So, these are not compatible with your iPhone. An already installed app may or may not continue to work.

My only other suggestion would be to check whether any already installed/compatible web browsers could be used. The current Firefox browser (just as one example) would require iOS 15.0, though.
