My Shazam crashes and have deleted the app and restarted many time and I have the latest version?

I’ve contact Apple and told me it’s an app issues and to contact the developer and I can’t seem to find a way to contact Shazam nor report the problem when I click on app support.

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 15

You may be able to report an issue through an Apple support page:

https://reportaproblem.apple.com/


Works if you've signed into Apple.


However to find/use the Developer's page locates some better.

'Get Support' is right there ~ Top right of each ASC page.


This is would be better reported to 'Developer's team'.

Shazam is an 'app store' item, & So I did. Why not you?


But they (Apple ~ Canada) does suggest:

"If a fault does occur, please report it to Customer Services, at

support@apple.com or by using our 'in-app' support options, &

we will attempt to correct.. fault as soon as we reasonably can."

While this was unnecessary, you saw what "Apple Recommended"
