Is not letting me to transfer my phone to other new phone

when I go on transfer to new phone I get this but nothin happens I did everything

Your iPhone needs to be at least 50% battery. Connect it to the charger, let it charge, then keep it plugged in. Follow the steps in the link I provided you.
