how do you show the sidebar in macOS photos version 7

After I upgraded to MacOS 12.5, Photos no longer shows the sidebar. You can get the lists of albums, etc., via the view menu, but you can't "pin" it anywhere. I have over 100 albums and the pull-down menu just doesn't work with that many albums. Is there any way to get the sidebar back?

No, not in full screen mode. But I found that if I made the window wider, the sidebar showed up. Sorry for the trouble.

Are you using Photos in full screen mode? If so, go to Photos view menu > Always show Toolbar and Sidebar in Full Screen.
