How to get rid of small magnifying bubble

I have no idea what this is or how to get rid of it, but it is driving me insane. It just randomly popped up and I can’t seem to find anything online when I try to do a search.

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this before I go crazy?

At the moment it only seems to be showing up in chrome (but I have seen other people with this issue outside of that, so I know it isn’t a chrome specific problem), and it’s only on my iPad. My phone is safe for the moment, but who knows if that will last.

This doesn't appear to be the iPadOS Zoom feature from: Zoom in on the iPad screen. You'd also see the Zoom feature in other apps.

Since you only see this with Chrome, it's likely a Chrome feature. We'd recommend reaching out to their support: How to contact an app developer.
