I just purchased an IPad Air 15.5. I’m trying to download my iTunes music from my old iPad. On the last support chat my technician told me to purchase a USB-C to Lightining cable. I did and plugged both in but nothing is happening. What do I do?
I just purchased an Ipad Air 15.5. I’m trying to download my iTunes music from my old iPad Air. On the last Apple Support call the technician told me to purchase a USB-C to Lightning cable to connect both. I purchased the new cable, plugged in both IPads to each other and nothing is happening.
