I have had a particular caller blocked for years and have not received any calls, texts, or voicemails from this caller….. until 12:35am today. In my settings, this number still shows blocked. Still shows option to Unblock this caller.’

Contact your carrier, ask them to block that particular caller phone number.
Or: you can remove all data of that particular caller from Contacts.
