Subscription refund Hello, yesterday i subscribed to an app and I would like to cancel the subscription and get a refund. Trough the website reportaproblem.apple is not possible: when I select the option “I did not mean to sign up for a subscription” There is no service I can ask a refund for. ShutEye App NO REFUND I downloaded an app called Shut eye sleep tracker. It said 7 day free trial cancel at any time, so I signed up, it IMMEDIATELY deducted the full amount off my account on my IPHONE. I tried the app a few days and canceled within the 7 day period - they have not refunded my monies and the automatic message says it's cancelled and will not renew on the 7th March 2025! This is fraud! I have written to them twice on the app in the last two weeks without a response! This is giving Apple Pay a bad name and is utter thievery! I will not stop on a principle until I receive my refund. Any assistance offered please? Many thanks Mishka

Refund Facetune App I thought I had cancelled the Facetune app before the free trial ended. The app was showing as expired and inactive on my subscriptions but I was charged. I tried to request a refund in the normal way but the app subscription does not appear in my purchase history please help / advise
