Refund Facetune App

I thought I had cancelled the Facetune app before the free trial ended. The app was showing as expired and inactive on my subscriptions but I was charged. I tried to request a refund in the normal way but the app subscription does not appear in my purchase history

please help / advise

Money deducted during free trial period I have cancelled the free trial of app “facee” on 1st July 2023, even after which an yearly subscription amount of Rs.3599/- was deducted from my bank account. Money was debited from my bank account via UPI and the reference number of the transaction is ****. App subscription mistakenly cancelled after refund request I subscribed to anghami plus on a yearly plan and i was double charged, so i communicated to you to request a refund for the secound payment and the refund was accepted. now i found that subscription was cancelled [Re-Titled by Moderator]
