I can’t redownload my deleted apps
I am trying to redownload a deleted app and every time I tap the cloud icon it takes me to the payment verify screen. The app is a free game. What do I do?

Do you have a payment on file with your Apple ID? Go to Settings -> click on your Apple ID at the top -> Payment and Shipping
It's not that you getting charged for a game that you already downloaded and is free, but it may have to do with any in-app purchases that the app may have. Check to make sure you have a card on file and then go back and try to re-download the app.
