Mac Mini intel with 2 Thunderbolt Displays

Can I connect two old thunderbolt displays to Nac mini intel? No success with the M1 version!

Yes. For the 2018 Mac mini you will need a Thunderbolt adapter.

Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) to Thunderbolt 2 Adapter - Apple

You need only one adapter. The second display can plug into the Thunderbolt port on the back of the first.
