Switching between 5G and Wi-Fi during Facetime

While being using FaceTime (Audio and Video) my iPhone keeps switching between 5G and Wi-Fi which makes the call breaking up all the time.

There is nothing wrong with the Wi-Fi, its as perfect as it can be. Already turned off Wi-Fi assist without result.Is there another way to stop the switching between 5G and Wi-Fi.

It only happens with FaceTime any other app is perfectly fine.

Since im using FaceTime a lot also outside of the house, disabling it from using Mobile data is not a option.

If you haven't done so yet, restart your iPhone. Sometimes, giving your device a fresh start can fix unexpected behavior. If restarting doesn't help, follow these steps to check for and update the carrier settings on your iPhone: Manually update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad.
